Welcome to FunTV! We highly value your rights and experience. Before you access or use the products and services (collectively referred to as "Services") provided by the FunTV platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), please carefully read and fully understand this Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement").
Your access, browsing, downloading, installation, or other use of FunTV shall be deemed as your acceptance of all the terms of this Agreement. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, and the revised policy shall automatically take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Services shall be deemed as your acceptance of the changes; if you do not agree to the changes, you shall immediately stop using the Services and cancel your account.
1.1 You must be at least 13 years old (or at least 16 years old if you are located in the European Union/European Economic Area) and have full capacity for civil conduct. Users under the legal age must use FunTV with the consent and under the supervision of their legal guardians.
1.2 Your use of FunTV Services indicates that you have the ability to sign and perform this Agreement, or have obtained the permission of your legal guardian.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse to provide Services to any user who does not meet the eligibility criteria, and may also block or cancel the account if it is found that the account information is false or there are violations.
2.1 All intellectual property rights of FunTV and related content (including but not limited to short drama videos, text introductions, pictures, audio, software programs, trademark logos, interface designs, etc.) are legally owned by us or the authorized parties, including copyright, trademark right, patent right, trade secret right, etc.
2.2 Without our prior written permission, you shall only have the limited right to use as expressly granted in this Agreement: you may only watch short dramas, browse content, etc. for personal non-commercial purposes, and shall not engage in the following acts:
- Circumvent or remove intellectual property notices in the application (such as watermarks, copyright notices, digital rights management technologies, etc.);
- Reverse engineer the application or attempt to obtain the source code;
- Tamper with the content or functions of the application in any way;
- Copy, reprocess, disseminate, sell, publicly broadcast the platform content in any form, or use it for commercial purposes.
You shall ensure that all information provided during the registration and use of the Services is true, accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner. You shall bear all consequences such as account abnormalities and service restrictions caused by false, missing information or failure to update in a timely manner.
3.1 You shall properly keep your account password and login credentials, and shall not rent, lend, transfer, authorize others to use the account or share the account in any form. You shall bear full responsibility for any losses (including financial losses, data leakage, irregular operations, etc.) caused by poor account management (including but not limited to password leakage, account theft, etc.).
3.2 You can cancel your account through "Settings" in the application. After cancellation, your account data (including viewing records, collected contents, account information, virtual currency, etc.) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please back up important data in advance.
3.3 In case of any of the following circumstances, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account directly without notice and reserve the right to pursue legal liability:
- Violating the terms of this Agreement or the 《User Code of Conduct》 published on the platform;
- Engaging in illegal or irregular acts such as infringement, fraud, malicious registration, and cheating in activities;
- Engaging in other acts that damage the legitimate rights and interests of us or third parties;
- Other circumstances specified by laws, regulations or regulatory requirements.
To protect the legitimate rights and interests of all users and the platform order, you undertake to access and use the Services only through our official channels (such as official website, official app store), and shall not engage in the following acts:
- Unauthorized copying, recording, downloading, or cracking of platform contents;
- Accessing the Services through third-party tools or scripts not officially authorized by the platform (such as plug-ins, crawlers, emulators);
- Interfering with the normal operation of the platform, such as attacking servers, malicious registration, malicious reporting, cheating in activities, etc.;
- Impersonating the platform, operators or others, spreading false information or engaging in illegal activities.
5.1 We will provide you with services such as short drama viewing, searching, and recommending in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will be continuous, secure, and error-free, nor do we guarantee that the Services will be fully compatible with your device or meet your personalized needs.
5.2 We reserve the right to adjust, change, suspend or terminate the contents, functions, forms, etc. of the Services according to factors such as business development, technological updates, and changes in laws and regulations. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the Services and cancel your account.
5.3 To ensure the fluency, functionality, and compatibility of the Services, we may need to access the permissions of your terminal device (see 《Privacy Policy》 for details). Refusing to grant permissions may result in partial or complete failure of the Services to function properly, and you shall bear the relevant consequences. Meanwhile, we will push service updates from time to time, which are divided into automatic updates and manual updates. We shall not be liable for service abnormalities (such as stuck, crash, missing functions, etc.) caused by failure to update in a timely manner.
We collect, store, use, share, transfer, and protect your personal information in strict accordance with the Privacy Policy. Please read the Policy carefully to understand the rules and methods of our processing of your personal information. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding personal information protection, you may contact us through the contact information specified in this Agreement.
7.1 The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". You acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risks of use, including but not limited to possible vulnerabilities, errors, viruses, or other harmful elements in the Services.
7.2 We cannot guarantee that:
- The Services will be continuous, secure, and error-free;
- The Services will be fully compatible with your devices or meet your personalized needs;
- There are no viruses, malicious software, or other security risks in the Services;
- The content you obtain through the Services is true, accurate, or meets your expectations;
7.3 Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses (including but not limited to device damage, data loss, business losses, losses arising from reliance on service content, etc.) caused by the use of the Services.
7.4 We shall not be liable for service interruptions, abnormalities, or failure to meet your expectations caused by factors beyond our control (such as natural disasters, fires, terrorist attacks, extreme weather, national emergencies, labor disputes, supplier failures, government policy adjustments, changes in laws and regulations, third-party attacks, etc.).
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country or region where you are located (excluding conflict of law rules). If this Agreement conflicts with local laws, the legal provisions shall prevail, and the relevant content shall be modified or interpreted in accordance with the law; the validity of other terms shall not be affected.
8.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the place where the platform's operating entity is located.
8.3 Our failure to exercise, delay in exercising, or partial exercise of any right granted by this Agreement or applicable law shall not be deemed a waiver of such right, nor shall it affect the legality and validity of its future exercise of such rights.
